Meet Our Pastors

Pastor Victor and his wife have been walking life's journey together since they met as teenagers in National City, California. Raised in a hardworking community that valued family, faith, and perseverance, they carry those same values into their ministry today.
Their faith journey began in 2015, when they both gave their lives to Christ and discovered a calling to serve others. What started as a simple desire to grow in faith gradually became a passion for ministry and a commitment to helping people experience the restorative love of God. Together, they believe the church belongs to God, and their role is to lead with humility, teach His Word faithfully, and love people with compassion.
Outside of ministry, they enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren, cooking together, exploring local restaurants, and caring for their five beloved dogs. Their greatest joy is creating a church home where imperfect people can encounter God's grace, grow in faith, and walk alongside others on the same journey.
Main Pastorpastor KEITH and his wife
Pastor Keith and his wife, Kelly, are passionate followers of Christ who have built their lives on faith, service, and a love for people. Although they grew up in very different places, Keith in Oregon and Kelly in rural Montana, both were raised with strong values and a deep appreciation for God's creation and the importance of community.
Introduced by mutual friends, their relationship began through phone calls and emails before they met in person in 2008. They married the following year and have walked through life's joys and challenges together, always relying on their shared faith to guide them. Their journey has strengthened their belief that God is faithful and that life's greatest blessings are often found in serving others.
Keith came to faith in 2006 and soon discovered a passion for teaching and sharing God's Word. Kelly also gave her life to Christ in 2006 and quickly found joy in helping children grow in their understanding of God. Together, they are servant-hearted leaders who strive to meet needs, encourage others, and point people toward a deeper relationship with Jesus.
Outside of ministry, Keith and Kelly love spending time outdoors, camping, photography, painting, and exploring the beauty of Oregon. Whether cheering for the Oregon Ducks, enjoying nature, or sharing a meal with friends, they value creating meaningful connections and making others feel welcome. Their heart is simple: to love God, love people, and help others discover the hope and blessing that come from walking with Christ.
